Do I need additional equipment?
No. A smartphone is enough to get started. Optional gear can help for steadier results (a tripod, stabilizer/gimbal, or wide-angle lens) depending on your smartphone.
How long does the AI processing take?
It typically takes a few minutes, but timing depends on factors like number of photos/clips, video length, selected options, and server load. In general: more content = longer processing.
Are my contents synchronized with my Nodalview account?
Yes. Once you’re logged in, your content is designed to sync with your Nodalview account, so you can access it across platforms. Sync happens when the app has an internet connection.
Can I use the app offline?
Partially. You can usually capture content (and do some basic work) offline, but anything that requires syncing, uploading, exporting, or AI processing will require an internet connection.
